We start by asking how you use your kitchen. How you cook, how you entertain, how your family moves through the space. Then we design from there. That might mean removing a wall to open things up, repositioning the island, adding a proper pantry, or simply rethinking where everything lives so the room works better.
The cabinets are full and the counter is still covered. There’s no good home for the appliances you use every day, the pantry doesn’t hold what you need, and you’ve been working around it for so long it just feels normal.
We design custom cabinetry with pull-out drawers, built-in pantries, appliance garages, and storage solutions tailored to what you actually own and how you actually cook. We only use quality materials, never builder-grade, so everything looks great and holds up for years. Everything has a place, and everything is within reach.
The finishes in your kitchen are outdated, the lighting is flat, and no matter how much you clean it, it just doesn’t look or feel the way you want it to. You’ve lived with it long enough.
We work with stone, granite, and quartz countertops, tile and engineered hardwood or LVP flooring, and custom cabinetry. We’ll add under-cabinet lighting, modern fixtures, and a show-stopping hood vent. If you want help pulling it all together, our in-house designer Alyssa is here for exactly that — but if you already know what you want, we’re ready to build it.

Our Process
Plan. Price. Build. Every project follows the same proven path — here's what that looks like.
It starts with a real conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll talk through your goals, how you plan to use the space, your budget, and your timeline. The goal is simple alignment. If the project and our process make sense for both sides, we'll walk you through the next steps and introduce our Project Development Agreement.
This is where we do the work that protects you later. Once the PDA is signed, we schedule a Trade Day, a coordinated on-site meeting where we bring our key subcontractors to walk your home together. They identify constraints early, validate design assumptions, and build real, trade-backed pricing. We also refine layouts, review finish options, separate base scope from upgrades, and pressure-test everything against your budget.
With planning complete and scope aligned, we assemble a detailed construction proposal with every allowance and alternate clearly defined. Your project is then fully built out in Buildertrend, where contracts are signed digitally, schedules and selections are tracked, and all communication stays organized and on the record.
Construction begins with clarity because we earned it in the planning phase. You'll get daily logs, progress photos, weekly updates, and a two-week look-ahead schedule so you always know what's happening in your home. Once finishes are locked in, we post a jobsite finish board with QR codes so every trade on site is always referencing your approved selections.
We don't disappear at the finish line. We walk the project with you, work through the punch list, complete all final documentation, and close everything out cleanly. The project isn't done until you say it is.

Our kitchen remodels start at $60K and typically range up to $130K+, depending on your scope, your home’s existing conditions, and the finishes you select. We’ll put together a Comfort Zone Budget early in our process so you know what your specific project will realistically cost before you commit.
Most kitchen remodels run between 4 and 16 weeks depending on the scope. A straightforward refresh can be done in 4–6 weeks. A full redesign with structural or utility work typically runs 10–16 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the planning phase, built around your project specifically.
Yes, in most cases you can stay in your home during the remodel. A kitchen remodel is disruptive, but most of our clients stay in their homes and set up a temporary kitchen for the duration. We’ll talk through what to expect before construction begins so you can plan ahead.
We work with semi-custom cabinetry built to your kitchen’s specific dimensions. We never use builder-grade materials. All of our cabinet boxes are built with ½-inch plywood. For mid-to-high range projects, we work with Mari Woods, a trusted and local cabinetry partner.
Yes. Our in-house designer Alyssa handles conceptual renderings and material selections. If you’ve already been working with an outside designer or architect, we’re experienced at collaborating with them as part of your team.
Cost Plus means our books are open to you. You see the actual cost of every subcontractor, every material order, and every line item, plus our markup. No hidden margins, no inflated allowances. You’ll always know where your money is going.
We manage all change orders through Buildertrend so everything is documented and approved in writing before the work changes. We’ll always tell you what a change will cost before we proceed.
