Following the meeting, we’ll schedule a 15–20-minute follow-up call to gather additional details and refine the scope. During this call, we review your MoSCoW report, focusing on must-haves and preferences, to ensure a tailored plan that meets your needs.
During this phase, we work closely with you to refine the design, select materials, and establish structural requirements. Customization options are explored to ensure the project perfectly reflects your vision.

- Design services are secured with a retainer, and subcontractor proposals are gathered with insights from trade partners.
- A detailed proposal outlines every aspect of your premium construction project, ensuring a smooth start.
- With your customer portal you can see daily logs and project schedules
- All project approvals and Charge orders are signed of in Buildertrend
- As soon as the finish have all been selected we will hang a poster with QR codes on site to allow the homeowner and all venderes to know instantly the finishes schedule.
